Our quantity surveying and procurement teams handle project pricing, and at Tredoux, we have a strong track record in buying and are open to renegotiating beneficial agreements with suppliers and clients. Payments follow JBCC contract guidelines unless otherwise agreed. We request deposits for smaller projects, time-sensitive projects, or when materials have long lead times. The JBCC offers two payment guarantee methods: A) Retention: A percentage of each claim is held back, decreasing at practical completion and retained for three months. B) Bank Guarantee: The contractor provides a guarantee covering the contract's monetary charges.
